Hawaiian Wedding Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 envelope of Dream Whip

Beat all ingredients about 2 minutes on high; pour into greased and floured
12 x 18 oblong cake pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely!

Topping

2 - 8 oz.pkg Philly Lite Cream Cheese
2 Lg. cans Crushed Pineapple with juice.
2 boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 envelopes Dream Whip
14 oz. pkg Coconut Fresh Strawberries or Green & Red Cherries in Jar for Garnish

Mix Cream Cheese and Crushed Pineapple with electric mixer till well mixed (Use
Large Bowl as this will splatter). Then add 2 envelopes of Dream Whip and 2 pkg
of Vanilla Instant Pudding, mixing well. Put on top of cooled cake and garnish the
top with either the Strawberries or Cherries.

Carrot Cake

3 Cups Grated Carrots
4 eggs
1 - 1/2 Cup Salad Oil
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Pecans

Combine carrots, oil, eggs, sugar and mix well. Add flour and
remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees approximately one hour.

Icing

1 - 8 oz.pkg Cream Cheese
1 Box Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter (Optional)

Mix together until smooth before topping the cake

Coca-Cola Cake

2 Cups flour
2 Cups sugar
1 Cup butter
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Cup Coca-Cola
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
2 eggs (beaten)
1 Tsp. soda
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 - 1/2 cup min. marshmallows

Combine butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola in saucepan
and heat until boiling. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda
vanilla and marshmallows (the marshmallows will
lather, floating on top). Add to flour and sugar. Bake
at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Ice while hot!

Icing

1/1 Cup Butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. Coca-Cola
1 Box powdered sugar
1 Cup chopped pecans

Combine butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola and heat to boiling.
Add powdered sugar and pecans. Spread on hot cake.

Easy Banana Cake


  • 1 box of yellow cake mix (any kind)
  • 1 lg.tube of cool whip
  • 6-8 ripe bananas,mashed
  • 1/3 c.of sugar
Cook cake as directed on box. Let cool. Slice the 2 layers (making 4 layers). Mix cool whip, mashed bananas and sugar real good. Place your first layer on the plate. Put a fourth of the mixture on it. Keep doing this to the last layer. Frost the top and outside with the remaining frosting. Cover and let set in the refrigrate over night. My mom made this when we were coming up and didn't have alot. This is very good.
