Use scissors and cut square piece of material for bear to hold. Hot glue a corner to both paws. Using the lace ribbon, cut long enough to wrap around the bears neck and tie a nice size bow. After you have tied the bow... hot glue the flower button to the center of the bow. Laminate poem and hot glue under front edge of bow to attach.

I’m a very special bear,
for here is what I do.
I sit here as a reminder
someone prays for you.
Tucked into my paws
is a special memento of love…
A reminder of a child
residing in Heaven up above.
