Shrimp Spread

1 Small Can Shrimp or Crab Meat (4 3/4 oz.)
1 Lg Cream Cheese (8 oz)
1 - 1/2 tbsp Worchestshire Sauce
3/4 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 Sm. grated Onion
Dash Garlic Salt
Parsley Flakes
Cocktail Sauce

Beat and spread on a plate. Cover with 1/2 bottle cocktail
sauce. Crumble shrimp or crab meat on the top. Sprinke
with Parsley Flakes and serve with crackers. I usually double
the recipe when I have guests.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

1 LB Hamburger
1 egg
15 Ritz crackers crushed
3 Tbsp milk
salt and pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper

Sauce

1 cup catsup
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp worchestshire sauce

Heat up sauce ingredients, set aside - Mix meat mixture well and
shape into small balls, and brown and drain, then pour sauce
mixture over the meatballs and cook in a small pan or crock pot
till done.

Pizza Dip

8 oz cream cheese room temp
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder w/parsley
1/2 to 3/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup pepperoni diced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix first 6 ingr evenly in a 9" pie plate then spread next 4 ingr and bake at 350
for 10 to 12 min, take out of oven and top with mozzarella cheese and bake
5 min or till bubbly ( Can double recipe and bake in 10x13 pan, Good with
Taco Chips or Party bread)

Stuffed Mushrooms

1 LB Fresh Mushrooms (Remove Stems)
Filling _ 10 strips bacon fried crisp and crumbled
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Miracle Whip or Mayo

Put filling into each mushroom cap and Bake at 325 for 12 to 15 minutes.

Zesty Snack Mix

  • 4 cups mini pretzels

  • 12 oz honey roasted peanuts
  • 12 oz cashews
  • 12 oz mixed nuts
  • 4 cups bite size cheddar crackers
  • 1/2 cup olive oil w/garlic ( or use plain)
  • 8 cups rice & corn chex cereal
  • 1 box Keebler or Peperidge Farm Wheat Twists
  • 2 pkg McCormick Zesty Spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
In large garbage bag, combine pretzels, peanuts, crackers, wheat twists, add oil and shake well to coat. Add cereal. In small bowl mix spaghetti sauce mix and parmesan cheese and toss in the snack mix and shake real well to coat. I store this in large ziplock bags. Keeps well for a couple weeks.
