Strawberry Delight
  • 1 Box Cool Whip
  • 1 sm curd Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Pink Strawberry Jello
  • 1 sm can Crushed Pineapple
Mix together. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. This can also be served for special holiday meals.

Peach Cobbler
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter or margerine
  • 1 lg can sliced peaches
Melt one stick of butter or oleo in a baking pan. Mix the flour, sugar and milk together separately. After it is mixed well, pour over the Butter. Add 1 large can of sliced peaches. Bake 350 degrees until Brown.

Cream Cheese Delight
  • 1 pkgs crescent rolls
  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2 - 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
    (Cream together the three ingredients above until smooth)

    Topping

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
Roll out 1 can rolls in 9 X 13 pan Spread cream cheese mixture on top of rolled out rolls. Roll 2nd can of rolls on top of mixture. Brush with egg yolk Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 mins.
